On the occasion of 40th year anniversary of Japan- Vietnam diplomatic relationship, Reporter Tran Mien of Vietnam Business Forum Magazine conducted an interview with Mr. Doan Hong Nguyen - Director of Intern Trainees dispatching firm IIG.
Upon establishment of the company in 2005, why did you choose to dispatch intern trainees to Japan?
At any time, human resources is always the most vital factor in defining a country’s power as we all know that all materials and fortunes are produced from the hands and minds of human beings. For this reason, IIG Travel company was founded in 2005 with the aim of sending Vietnamese young labor force to work and study abroad within defined timing to acquire international advanced technology and subsequently return to Vietnam to develop our country. And Japan has become our number one choice.
Our target is to provide high quality human resources for Japanese recruitment firms together with career orientation and development for candidates upon their completion of working and studying time in Japan, which helps to promote production and development of the two countries.
Can you please elaborate the efforts made by IIG in achieving credentials and good evaluation from Japanese clients?
Continuous improvement of intern trainees’ quality and credentials with customers has always been defined by IIG as our number one target. Accordingly, IIG is focusing on:
