Korean experience in real estate market

In the framework of cooperation between VCCI and Golden Bridge financial group (ROK), Business Development Institute (VCCI) has organized a seminar on “ Development of real estate market - Korean experience” on September 29 in Hanoi.

Presentations were made by officials of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and experts on real estate investment of Golden Bridge financial group. The discussion was focused on Real Estate Law, regulations on transparency of transaction assets, forms of real estate. Also, issues of special interests were financial problems, real estate investment, investment opportunities, evaluation method, land management.
