Singaporean Food Month Organised at Amara Hotel
A month of Singaporean cuisine, prepared by chief chef Danny Koh, is being held at the Amara Hotel at 323 Le Van Sy street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City from January 12 to February 12, 2007. The event is organised under the sponsorship of Singapore’s Tourism Board, Singapore Airlines and Tiger Beer.
The programme aims to offer Singaporean and Malaysian people working in Ho Chi Minh City uniquely Singaporean food, helping them feel just like at home. It also aims to introduce to Vietnamese and Singaporean food lovers the Lion island cuisine style, with ticket price of US$12 per person.
