PM Sets up Vietnam Fund for Aquatic Resources Reproduction

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung recently signed a decision establishing the Vietnam Fund for Aquatic Resources Reproduction (VIFARR) in a bid to mobilize and receive funds for the reproduction and protection of aquatic resources.

The fund is a state financial organisation under the management of the Ministry of Fisheries, run on the non-profit basis.
