ACB to Boost Registered Capital to US$95.6Mln
The Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), Vietnam’s biggest joint stock commercial bank, plans to boost registered capital to VND1.53 trillion (US$95.6 million) from current VND1.1 trillion.
The plan was approved at the shareholder meeting last weekend.
Under the plan, ACB will use all after tax profit and previous accumulated earnings to raise capital.
Together with the equity raising plan, ACB will also provide more services in 2007, including the ATM2+ cards, which allows cardholders to withdraw money from any ATM bearing the Visa trademark. (Vietnam Economic Times)
