Bright Prospect for Wooden Furniture

In March every year, Singapore Furniture Industries Council organized International Furniture Fair Singapore (IFFS). The biggest Asian fair of this kind was held in Singapore Expo on March 1-5, 2007 with the participation of 510 companies from 28 countries and territories. It covered 60,000 sq. metres and was divided into six sections. According to the Organizing Committee, there were over 17,800 visitors from 113 countries excluding locals and tourists.

 

With its professional designing and presentation, the fair has been the focus of customers the world over looking for Asian resources. Many contracts have been signed and many agreements made for future orders.

 

Vietnamese stall at the fair has also impressed international customers with products of high quality, fine design and competitive prices. It promises a bright prospect for Vietnamese wooden furniture sector to become a spearheaded industry of the economy.
