Six Corporations & 30 State-owned Companies to be equitised

The six corporations and thirty wholly state-owned companies directly under Hanoi People’s Committee will be equitised. This is pursuant to the Decree 479/QQÄ-TTg ratified by the Prime Minister for the Plan of arranging, reforming the state-owned companies directly under the Hanoi People’s Committee from 2007 to 2010.

 

Specifically, in 2007 there will be an implementation of equitisation two state- owned head companies and thirteen subsidiary companies of head companies (parent companies), seven wholly state-owned companies directly under Hanoi People’s Committee. In 2008, next two head companies, five subsidiary companies and fifteen wholly state-owned enterprises directly under the Hanoi People’s Committee will be equitised. Additionally, in 2009 there will be two more parent companies and eight wholly state-owned companies directly under the Hanoi People’s Committee.
