Vietnamese Enterprises & South Africa in Strong Co-operation

With a formal invitation from Nguyen Minh Triet, Thabo Mbeki, President of South Africa will officially visit Vietnam from May 23rd to 25th, 2007.

30 leading enterprises will accompany the President. To improve friendly and cooperative relations in many sectors, especially economy, trade and investment between the two countries, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the embassy of South Africa will co-organise a meeting between enterprises of Vietnam and of South Africa on May 24th in Hanoi.

The South African enterprises present are expected to include banking, finance, insurance, agricultural food, drug, chemical, coal, steel, timber, golden, diamond, petrol, telecommunication, education and general export and import firms.
