Issuing VPBank Platinum EMV MasterCards

The Bank for Private Enterprises (VPBank) has announced the issue of VPBank Platinum EMV MasterCard credit and debit cards. Mr Le Dac Son, General Director of VPBank, said the cards are issued by VPBank on its own system and apply the most advanced security technology in the world, chip cards with EMV standards.

 

VPBank Platinum EMV MasterCard is also the first credit and debit card in Vietnam, with special treatments for card holders at spa centres, shopping centres, restaurant chains, golf clubs, hotels and resorts not only in Vietnam, but also in Singapore, Malaysia and other countries.

These two types of cards are widely accepted around the world, with more than 24 million POS and more than one million ATMs with the MasterCard symbol worldwide, including 1,000 VPBank ATMs in Vietnam.
