Sai Gon-Tay Nguyen to Invest US$97.5 Mln in 3 Property, Tourism Projects
Sai Gon-Tay Nguyen joint stock company, an affiliate of Saigon Invest Group is preparing to invest VND1.56 trillion into three property and tourism projects in central highland province of Kon Tum, the local Saigon Economic Times said.
Le Nho Ba, CEO of Sai Gon-Tay Nguyen Co said People’s Committee of Kon Tum has agreed to the projects. The company is mapping the investment plans with Australian specialists to carry out an ecotourism zone on an area of 10,000 hectares totaling VND1 trillion.
Besides, the company is hiring Japanese experts to prepare for a trade, service center valued at VND380 billion.
The Sai Gon-Tay Nguyen company will invest VND180 billion to build a villa zone in the Resort of Mang Den. (Saigon Economic Times)
