Indochina Group Starts Work on US$100 Mln Resort in Central Vietnam
Indochina Capital, one of Vietnam’s leading financial services firms March 19 started construction on a high-end resort & spa in the central Danang city with total investment of US$100 million, state media said.
Located in Ngu Hanh Son District, the 20-hectare Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa will include a resort, a 500-square meter conference center, 150 apartments and 30 two-storey villas.
This is Indochina Land Group’s fourth project invested in Danang and neighboring Quang Nam province, raising the group’s investment capital in the two localities to $250 million.
The resort and spa is expected to become operational in 2010. It will be managed and operated by the Global Hyatt Corporation, one of the world’s top operators of full-service luxury hotels and resorts with more than 750 locations in 40 countries worldwide. (Young People)
