Central Vietnam Seeking to Boost Trade, Tourism Ties with Russian Far East
Central provinces of Quang Nam and Binh Thuan have proposed expanding cooperation between central Vietnam and Russian Far East, particularly tourism and trade, the Thanh Nien Daily newspaper said.
A Vietnamese delegation made the proposal with leaders of Khabarovsk, the capital of Russia’s Far East during its recent visit, the newspaper said.
Russia is considering opening direct flights between Khabarovsk and Danang City, a senior official of Khabarovsk’s Foreign Affairs Service, Tationa Ivanova said. (Young People Daily)
