Personal Income Tax Levied on Stock Traders Discussed
Issues of personal income tax to be levied on stock traders and impacts of the global financial crisis on Vietnam economy will be discussed at a seminar hosted by Artex Securities Corporation.

The major topics to be discussed at the seminar are: Updating the Decree No. 100/2008/ND-CP giving details in some clauses of law on Personal Income Tax (PIT) & Responsibilities of securities investors on gains from securities transfers; and Impacts of the global financial crisis on the Vietnamese economy.
The seminar will provide investors with thorough understanding of PIT law applicable to securities investment, which is currently being a stinging concern in securities investors’ mind.
