Vietnam State-owned Enterprises Summit to Open in Hanoi Oct 8
The State-owned Enterprise Club of Central Institute for Economic Management and Investment (Dau Tu) newspaper will co-chair Vietnam State-owned Enterprises Summit on October 8 in Hanoi.
The meeting, the first of this kind to be held in Vietnam, will focus on issues related to restructure and development of local state-owned enterprises in the country’s macroeconomic scenarios set for 2010.
The seminar is expected to attract leading managers and specialists in macroeconomic issues and auditors.
Currently, Vietnam has 1,500 state-owned enterprises. (Investment, VnEconomy)
