Hanoi IZs Call on S.Korea Firms for Further Investment

The Hanoi Industrial Zones (IZs) and Export Processing Zones Authority has inked a cooperative deal with the South Korean enterprises’ association in Vietnam and a number of local firms to boost investment promotion in its IZs.
 
The local partners comprise Phu My JSC Group, Vietnam Investment Promoting Technics Construction Joint Stock Corporation and Invest TV channel of Vietnam Television.
 
Under the deal, they will join hands to introduce potential of Hanoi’s IZs as well as offer investment consultancy for local and foreign investors.
 
Hanoi is now home to 16 IZs and 39 industrial complexes, of which, eight IZs have become operational, generating more than 90,000 jobs. The capital city plans to have 23 IZs and 55 industrial complexes covering a combined of 8,554 hectares by 2020. (New Hanoi)
