Originated from an agricultural province, the agricultural sector contributes over 30 percent to the local GDP while its industrial sector is primarily engaged in processing sugarcane, rubber and manioc and manufacturing building materials. Recently, many developers chose Ho Chi Minh City locations to build industrial zones to serve domestic and foreign investors. Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden, invested by Bourbon An Hoa Joint Stock Company, has become a favourite destination for industrial investors.
Set up on September 10, 2008 on a total area of 1,020 ha, the TransAsia Industrial Garden consists of 760 ha of industrial land, 184 ha of warehousing and port area, and 76 ha of residential area. At the end of 2009, with the consensus of local residents and the support of local government, 100 percent of land was cleared and compensated for commercial use. Currently, the company has invested in a complete infrastructure, including internal roads, water supply system (3,500 cubic metres a day), wastewater treatment system (2,500 cubic metres a day), power lines and telecommunications services. Competed infrastructure investment is the foundation to build and develop the trust of investors. The company always sticks to the operating philosophy “Providing utilities for better operations of investors and actively contributing to the sustainable development of the community."
As of October 2013, Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden attracted 16 investors from South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, India, Vietnam and other nations and territories. Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden gives priority to projects engaged in food processing, fertiliser, pharmaceutical, garment, handicraft, electrical and electronics equipment, and engineering.

Labour supply is always a top concern of many investors when they pick up an investment location. Speaking of manpower supply for Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden, General Director Do Huy Hiep said: "Tay Ninh is the fourth most populous province in the Southeast economic zone and the local abundant workforce can meet any demand for human resources from any investors. Besides, Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden is near Long An province and it can attract labourers from the neighbouring province. With favourable and convenient traffic routes, Tay Ninh province can attract high-quality human resources from Ho Chi Minh City.” Besides, when investing in Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden in particular and Tay Ninh province in general, investors will be given attractive tax incentives, which vary from industry to industry. Regarding ordinary industries, investors are levied zero tax in the first two years, 10 percent in the next four years, and 20 percent for the next four years. For high-tech industries, the tax is zero in the first four years, 5 percent in the next nine years and 10 percent in the next two years. Additionally, Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden also offers its own incentives for investors like flexible payment method, free consultation for business establishment and operation procedures.
Apart from the own effort of enterprises, the support of local government is greatly inspired Bourbon An Hoa Industrial Garden and other industrial zones in Tay Ninh province to attract investment capital and create more added industrial value. The provincial government needs to expand Road BT 787 to link trunk roads with the industrial garden.
