Vietnam Businessman Tennis Tournament 2005 Opens up Cooperation Chances
On November 30, 2005, the final round of the Vietnam Businessman Tennis Tournament 2005, supported by VCCI and organized VCCI’s Business Forum newspaper, successfully ended at Van Phuc Stadium in Hanoi with the participation of 80 players who were selected from more than 400 from the four cities of Hanoi, Danang, Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City. Many business and cooperation relations have been opened up for all.
The Champion of Men’s Doubles aged over 40 belongs to Mr Le Tam and Mr Nguyen Quang Viet and the Champion of Men’s Doubles aged less than 40 belongs to Van Phi Long and Duong Duy Duc.
According to Mr Hoang Van Dung, Vice President of VCCI, the tournament aims to create a healthy playing field for business people to strengthen cooperation relations in the Vietnamese business community. Though this is an amateur competition for businessmen, its matches took place with good results. “I believe that the annual national sport event will be one of important activities regarding to the corporate culture,” he said.
