VCCI Gathers Contributions for Draft of Claiming Business Decree

In order to further the implementation of the new Law on Enterprises, encourage the development of small and medium-size enterprises; Prime Minister has assigned the Ministry of Finance to draft out a decree of business procedures without discrimination between economic sectors on claiming services.

 

To fulfill the draft before submitting to the government, Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry – VCCI to hold a forum to collect contributions from experts, enterprises for the draft.

 

According to enterprises, this is a decree for interest of enterprises that supports one of the most difficult steps of business and civil transactions, creates more legal procedures for civil transactions. It is necessary to give birth for enterprises of Dept claiming service. This will create legal procedure for banks to collect debts, cleaning up financial situation of commerce banks, said Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong from Vietcombank.
