Techcombank to Raise Chartered Capital to VND2,700 billion

Techcombank’s annual shareholder meeting has approved the 2007 development plan, which stated assets will increase to VND30,099 billion (US$ 1.88 billion), deposits to VND25,108 billion (US$1.57 billion), chartered capital to VND2,700 billion (US$168.75 million), and total outstanding loans to VND14,425 billion, while dividend will reach 16 per cent.

 

In 2007, Techcombank will continue investing in the two vital market segments of individuals and SMEs. Especially, Techcombank will set up Techcom Securities Company with initial chartered capital of VND300 billion (US$18.75 million) and Techcom Fund Management Joint Stock Company with initial chartered capital of VND40 billion (US$2.5 million).
