Seminar on "Malaysia-Vietnam Plastic Industry" and "Partner Meeting"

The Vietnam Plastics Association, Malaysia Trade Agency (MATRADE), Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will jointly organise a seminar on “Malaysia-Vietnam plastic industry” and “partner meeting” on July 23 at Equatorial Hotel at 242 Tran Binh Trong Street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The Malaysian delegation consisted of senior officials of the Malaysian Government’s Export Promotion Agency, Plastic Producers Association and 17 Malaysian plastics firms.

 

Most attending Malaysian firms specialised in plastic filters, HDPE pipes, HDPE bags, renewable plastics, plastic packages, plastic products for electrical, electronic and automobile industries, household plastic, printing and packaging services, PE cloth and leatherette products made from PVC and PU. Malaysian enterprises want to seek partners, joint ventures, importers, technology transfer, material import sources, equipment assistance and services, and seek opportunities to set up business operations in Vietnam.
