Swiss Group Eyes US$1.5 Mln Resort in Central Vietnam
The Swiss-based Tradco Global Engineering & Construction S.A (TGEC) is seeking approval from Vietnam’s central coastal province of Phu Yen to build a US$1.5 billion resort in the locality.
To be located in Tuy Hoa District, the resort will be home to villas, five-star hotel, golf course and other entertainment facilities.
The group is finishing all necessary procedures for the project. If everything goes smoothly, work on the facility will begin in the fourth quarter of 2009.
As planned, the resort will be put into operation in 2014 or 2015. (Investment)
