Vietnam-US Business Forum to Strongly Promote Bilateral Relation
Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is carrying out final preparations to set up the Vietnam-US Business Forum under the Prime Minister’s approval signed in September 2008.
The US business community always considers Vietnam a potential economy with a high and stable growth. Enterprises and business associations of Vietnam also want to have a business forum for the two countries’ business communities to exploit economic opportunities, solve difficulties and disputes in the bilateral trade relation, and partly promote the multifaceted cooperation of the two countries.
The forum will create favorable conditions for enterprises of Vietnam and US to contribute ideas and initiatives to Government’s authorities to improve the business environment, expand business activities, and actively introduce Vietnam’s open-door policies.
The establishment of the Vietnam-US Business Forum has received strong support from the Vietnamese Government’s authorities, and AmCham and US Chamber have pledged to closely cooperate with VCCI to promote the forum’s operation.
To better facilitate the Vietnamese business community in utilizing the economic potentiality of the two countries and effectively participating in building a favorable business environment, VCCI would like to invite enterprises of all economic sectors to become members of the forum.
