Vietnam Central Province Seeks Investors for Big Tourism Projects
Central Binh Dinh province is calling on investors for 12 big tourism projects, according to the provincial People’s Committee.
Projects of note among those are Tan Thanh tourism resort worth US$100 million-US$150 million, Dam Thi Nai eco-tourism resort valued at US$120 million, Nhon Ly-Cat Tien resort (US$250 million) and Hoi Van (US$10 million).
Recently, Kim Cuc Construction and Investment Ltd. Co. has announced that it will join hands with Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam Ltd. Co. to build Metro-Kim Cuc service center covering 107 hectares in Quy Nhon city.
Nguyen Thanh Hai, director of the provincial Investment Promotion Center, said Binh Dinh owns many advantages for tourism development. It has a 134-kilometer coastline and lots of landscapes and historical sites.
The province is also an important gateway to several Vietnam’s Central Highlands provinces and the neighboring country of Laos. (Investment)
