Guangdong (China) Seeking Biz Chances in Vietnam

A delegation from China’s Guangdong province, led by provincial governor Huang Huahua, and more than 200 large Chinese companies will visit Vietnam from October 18 to 21, 2009. On this occasion, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will coordinate with relevant units in Guangdong to host the Vietnam-Guangdong (China) economic and commercial forum in Hanoi on October 20.

 

Officials from the government, ministries, Cao Bang, Lang Son and Quang Ninh provinces, business associations and enterprises will attend the forum. Chinese elites will include the Guangdong province’s governor, deputy governor, director of Economy and Commerce Department, the China Embassy in Vietnam, and enterprises from Guangdong Province, China.

 

Visiting Chinese enterprises are mainly involved in tourism, general trading, mechanics, handicraft, design consulting, food, healthcare, household wares, textile, construction, building materials, petrochemical, mineral water, transportation and electric lamp.
