With construction commenced in June 2009, the New Skyline Complex, a twin tower of apartments, offices and commercial centres, is built on a site of 7,400 sq. metres, with a foundation area of 3,534 sq. metres and total floor area of 86,602 sq. metres. The two 30-storey blocks have 383 apartments and a penthouse. Public facilities such as swimming pools, a gym and children's playground are placed between the building blocks. With a total investment of over VND1,820 billion, the project is in the finalising process and expects to be handed over to customers in early 2014.

Speaking at the ceremony, Construction Deputy Minister Nguyen Tran Nam emphasised that the completion and operation of the New Skyline Towers is an important boost to the recovery of the real estate market.
