With the constant effort, Minh Tam Hospital has achieved great success in disease examination and treatment for people. The hospital has successfully deployed many new treatment methods, thus saving many people from fatal diseases. And, Minh Tam has received a lot of praise from patients and their families for effective remedies. To have the above results, the Board of Directors of Minh Tam Hospital requires all doctors and staff to strictly adhere to safety standards and therapeutic efficacy and to continuously improve service attitude to patients. Besides, the hospital kindly instructs patients and their families to properly follow its provisions and receives feedback and contributions from patients to have prompt and effective solutions. During the course of treatment, the hospital’s doctors and medical staff always work with all their heart in order to avoid unwanted occurrences and technical errors that may cause bad effects on patients’ health conditions.

Not only focusing on improving healthcare quality for patients, Minh Tam Hospital also actively engages in social development activities. Every year, its staffs’ participation in charitable activities help boost the image and prestige of Minh Tam Hospital. Not only directly reducing hospital fees for the poor and policy-beneficiary families, the hospital also organises free medical check-up trips to remote areas and actively joins charitable programmes in the province. Accordingly, regular charitable work has become a strong binding to connect the hospital’s staff with the interests and welfare of society.

To meet growing healthcare demand of the people, the hospital will be expanded with 120 more beds. At the same time, Minh Tam will try to recruit highly level doctors and invest in advanced equipment to provide better medical services for patients. However, to soon realise this objective, the hospital will need more support from the government and health authority for personnel sharing, credit lending support and land lease.
