Truong Son Trail Legendary Exhibition

Recently the Vietnam Military History Museum held a press conference to introduce the “Truong Son Trail Legendary” exhibition on the occasion of 50^th founding anniversary (May 19, 1959 - May 19, 2009).

 

Distinguished attendants to the press briefing include Major General Le Ma Luong, Director of the museum, Colonel Hoang Van Tam, second political dean of Corps 12 and Truong Son Trail openers.

 

Major General Le Ma Luong said this exhibition will display 485 exhibits, including 311 block exhibits, 45 letter exhibits, 115 photos and 14 art works. Remarkably, this event will introduce 12 collections of utensils used by soldiers on Truong Son Trail like sticks, medical equipment, canteens and flashlights.

 

The exhibition will provide an overview on establishment and development of Truong Son soldiers from 1959 to date.
