Vietnam Central Province Licenses US$187M Resort
Vietnam’s central provincial authorities of Danang have just granted a license to Hung Cuong joint stock company to build a US$187 million tourism resort of Phu Ninh on an area of 675 hectares in the province.
The firm will construct the project into four phases with US$21.14 million of tourism and services on 51.8 hectares in the first phase, US$53 million of resort and a high class hotel into the second.
It is expected to invest US$115 million to build a 18-hole golf course, bio-tourism zone in the remaining stages. (Investment)
