Sudico Starts US$15.5-Mln Resort in North Vietnam
Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Development – Investment Joint Stock Company (Sudico) has broke ground on an eco-tourism resort worth VND264 billion (US$15.5 million) in northern Quang Ninh province.
The Song Da – Ngoc Vung eco-tourism resort, which will cover a 30.4-hectare site in Ngoc Vung island, Van Don district, will include hotels, multi-storey hotels, high-ranking bungalows, recreation area and parks.
Once operational in 2012, the resort is expected to attract a large number of domestic and foreign visitors.
Quang Ninh province is located in the northeastern region of Vietnam. It is rich in tourism potentials with famous Ha Long Bay and many other places. (Investment)
