Vietnam Businessman Golf Tournament 2009 Successfully Ends

More than 130 golfers experienced exciting moments at Vietnam Businessman Golf Tournament 2009 – VCCI Cup, organized by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Business Forum Magazine and Vietnam Golf Co. (TeeOff), on October 3, 2009 at Tam Dao Golf & Resort, Vinh Phuc Province.

 

Mr. Nguyen Van Chung won VCCI Men Champion Cup with the Gross of 70 and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong won VCCI Ladies Champion Cup with the Gross of 94.

 

The participants are mainly Vietnamese and foreign business people from all economic sectors in Vietnam, and especially many special guests who are high-ranking officials of the Party, the Government and local authorities.

 

According to Mr. Doan Duy Khuong, VCCI Vice President, this is an annual event to celebrate the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, (October 13), and to create good opportunities for business people to exchange views and experience, and expand business relations.

 

Not only winners but also many golfers of the game had good chances to get valuable prizes from the tournament’s sponsors such as 02 Fujitsu two-way air conditioners worth USUS$500 each, 04 vouchers valued at USUS$500 each to use services at VinCharm Spa, 03 Fuji Xerox fax machines, two-way C-class tickets from Vietnam Airlines, and many other products from AAA Assurance Corp., EuroWindow, and others.

 

Unexpectedly, no one could win a Hole-in-One prize with the award of a Chevrolet Captiva car of GM Daewoo, and another Hole-in-One prize worth USUS$36,000 for advertising in Golf Today magazine.
