Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ. Park Dak Lak I is the second industrial park in Dak Lak and the first in the province developed by a private infrastructure investor. Although still in the early stages of implementation, the project has already shown clear direction and practical value, with the goal of building a green industrial park placed at the center of its development strategy.

What makes Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I different?
Tran Le Trung, Deputy General Director of DPV Dak Lak Joint Stock Company, shared: “For GS Holding, the development journey of the EZ.PARK system always begins with a clear question: where will the next industrial growth cycles of Vietnam be created? After Bac Ninh, representing the Northern growth pole, and Ha Tinh, the gateway connecting the North Central region, we see strong potential in Dak Lak.”
Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is located in Cuor Dang Commune, Dak Lak Province, on National Highway 14, the main transport route connecting the Central Highlands with the Southeast region and the Central coastal provinces. From the industrial park, enterprises can easily access Buon Ma Thuot Airport, international seaports, and border gates, supporting freight transport, import-export activities, and supply chain development. The location also positions the project as an important link in the East-West economic corridor, connecting the Central Highlands with major economic centers in Vietnam and ASEAN countries.
In addition to its strategic location advantages, the project is expected to bring practical value to Dak Lak, notably by creating thousands of job opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, technical services, and business support when the industrial park becomes operational. At the same time, the project helps utilize local human resources, develop supporting industries, increase incomes, and improve the quality of life for local residents.
Beyond being an industrial infrastructure project, Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is also expected to help increase the value of Central Highlands agricultural products. As Dak Lak is a key raw material region with products such as coffee, pepper, rubber, and fruit, attracting local deep processing plants will help increase product value, reduce logistics costs, limit raw exports, and improve incomes for local people. This provides a foundation for developing high value-added industries such as food processing, medicinal materials, cosmetics, and green energy, gradually driving economic restructuring along the agriculture-processing-industry-logistics services value chain, and creating a new growth driver toward sustainable development goals for the locality.
In the new development landscape of the Central Highlands, Dak Lak has an opportunity to shift from an agricultural center to a regional processing and logistics hub. Therefore, the establishment of Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is seen as a strategic step in expanding the EZ.PARK ecosystem and opening up new development space for the locality.
“We do not view Phu Xuan as a standalone industrial park, but as a platform to accelerate local economic transition, moving from raw material advantages to manufacturing advantages, and from an agricultural region to a high value-added processing industrial hub,” said Tran Le Trung when sharing the project vision.

Not just an industrial park, but a platform for a new growth cycle
Built with a green space and water surface ratio of up to 20%, higher than the average of many current industrial parks, Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I reflects a long-term development orientation. This shows a commitment to ESG standards and Net Zero goals, while supporting green, sustainable development and long-term value for investors, the community, and the environment.
One of the key advantages of Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is its synchronized infrastructure system, developed from the outset to meet next-generation industrial park standards. From energy, telecommunications, water supply and drainage, to internal transport and operational safety systems, all components are planned in a modern, sustainable, and business-focused direction. This careful preparation helps investors shorten project implementation time and optimize operating costs, while providing a solid foundation for long-term production. This makes Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I an attractive destination for businesses.
Furthermore, the project is committed to implementing an effective One-Stop Service investment support model, providing a comprehensive solution for investors throughout the project lifecycle. From exploring investment opportunities, completing legal procedures, applying for permits, and carrying out construction, to recruiting personnel and operating production, enterprises receive continuous support from the Management Board. Guided by the motto “Think Easy, Do Better,” Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I aims to create a favorable, efficient, and sustainable investment environment, working with investors to build a prosperous future in the Central Highlands. “Coming to Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I, businesses only need to focus on production and business activities; all related procedures and support work will be handled quickly and efficiently by the Management Board,” Tran Le Trung said.
Currently, the project is progressing on schedule. Phase 1 (66 ha) is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026, and Phase 2 (100 ha) in the second half of 2027 to attract FDI capital. The project benefits from strong support from local authorities and a shared long-term development vision. However, the main challenge is staying ahead in building infrastructure and earning market trust in a new growth region.
“We believe infrastructure can be built within a few years, but human resources are the foundation of sustainable development. Dak Lak has a strong advantage with a young and stable workforce. However, to turn that advantage into real production capacity, a training system linked to business needs is required. That is why we aim to work closely with local authorities, vocational schools, and technical training institutions to develop human resources suited to target industries. The goal is not only to meet recruitment needs, but to build a skilled workforce that can grow long-term with businesses,” Tran Le Trung added.
Dak Lak is facing a major opportunity for transformation. Alongside its existing strengths in resources and agriculture, the province is gradually building a foundation for a new phase of industrial development. In its 2026-2030 development strategy, the province aims to maintain economic growth above 10% and become the Central Highlands hub for agricultural and forestry product processing. In this context, Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is expected to play an important role in achieving these goals and supporting economic restructuring toward a modern, green, and sustainable direction.
From a business perspective, Tran Le Trung believes that continued investment in connectivity infrastructure, administrative reform, and improved support mechanisms for processing and green industries are key factors in helping Dak Lak enhance competitiveness and attract domestic and foreign investment. If the province makes full use of the current opportunity, it has the potential to become a new growth pole of Vietnam in the near future.
On that basis, Phu Xuan Industrial Park - EZ.Park Dak Lak I is gradually affirming its role as a model industrial park in the Central Highlands, where investment opportunities converge, trade is promoted, and sustainable development values are created for both the business community and the long-term development of the locality.
