Enhancing Competitiveness of Vietnamese Enterprises

On March 22, 2007, VCCI and Ericsson signed a joint-cooperation MoU to increase the performance and competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.

 

Mr Vu Tien Loc, VCCI President said the activities in the agreed scope of services between VCCI and Ericsson will be implemented across Vietnam to support all types of Vietnamese enterprises at all levels.

 

There will be a range of activities including round table discussions and seminars on enterprise solutions, direct consultancy, introductions to fundamental solutions and targeted solutions for specific industries (health, industry, and service), research, site surveys, publications and enterprise solutions application demonstrations.

 

The agreement also covers publications targeted at Vietnamese enterprises including: communication solutions; mobility solutions; terminal and phone solutions; enterprise supported services; and infrastructure and connectivity services.

 

At the ceremony Mr Eddie Ahman, Country Manager of Ericsson Vietnam said "Ericsson is accelerating the pace of delivering new and better solutions for enterprises in Vietnam, with the four major market trends in enterprise communications: growing enterprise mobility, the move to IP, mobile applications integration and the rise of outsourcing and hosting. VCCI deeply understands and wins the confidence and trust of Vietnamese enterprises. And we hope our expertise and our cooperation can contribute to further success of Vietnamese enterprises in grasping more business opportunities".
