US Laws on Imported Goods

In a bid to help Vietnamese companies to raise knowledge of commercial policies and regulations, antidumping and defensive regulations, import examination programmes and protective measures of the US governments, the Export Promotion Centre (Promocen) under the Trade Promotion Agency collaborated with Trade and Service Company under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)’s Ho Chi Minh City branch (TSC/VCCI-HCMC) to organise a lecture and consultancy on “US commercial laws on imported goods” in VCCI office at 171 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City on October 23.

 

Lawyer Sidney N.Weiss will present at the lecture. Lawyer Sidney N.Weiss is currently the chairman of Overseas American Lawyers Association and chief of Customs Division of the US Bar Association. He has 30-year experience in antidumping issues, international commerce and customs.
