Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has handed over four investment certificates to four big projects with a total capital of VND26,729 billion. Newly licensed projects include Nam Con Son 2 gas pipeline, Phuoc Thang urban zone, Gelexim port, and Phuoc An disabled children school.
At the ceremony, seven investors donated VND1.31 billion to local charity funds.
In 2011, the southern province attracted US$1.2 billion and VND8,000 billion of investment capital.
