In a bid to support north-western provinces to invest in infrastructure and reduce poverty, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) donated VND5 billion to build a nationally standardised preschool in Cho Moi town, Cho Moi district, Bac Kan province. This is part of a cooperation framework between Hanoi and Bac Kan.
At the event, Mr Nguyen The Thao, Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee, spoke highly of cooperation results with Bac Kan province in 2011 and expressed the hopes for better performance in 2012.
Mr Nguyen Xuan Cuong, General Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee, introduced potential investment fields in the province like trade, tourism, industry, culture and cottage industry. He asserted that the province will provide most favourable conditions for Hanoi businesses and investors to study, meet and exchange information about market, investment, production and business.
The construction on the kindergarten is scheduled to start in 2012.
