Ninh Thuan Develops Wine Trademark

 

Ninh Thuan Science and Technology Department has recently marketed a new wine made from safe and fresh grapes. The product is being processed using new technology.

 

The grapes are treated at a temperature of 90 Celsius degrees with enzymes, pasteur and saccharomyces for safe sterilisation. After a fermentation period of 10-15 days, the wine is stored for at least 30 days before reaching finished product status.
