De Nhat Inaugurates Northern Leading Factory in Hai Duong

The De Nhat Plastic Joint Venture Co., on August 17, inaugurated its second plastic plant in Vietnam in the Nam Sach Industrial Zone in the northern province of Hai Duong. Covering an area of 2.5 hectares, the De Nhat plastic plant has a capacity of 24,000 tons of plastic per year. This factory is one of the biggest pipes and PVC parts suppliers for the northern market of Vietnam. The purpose of the factory is to expand production and serve the national target programme by 2010 when 85 per cent of city dwellers will use clean waters.
 
The De Nhat company is a joint venture between Taiwan’s Ta Ying Industrial Plastic Co. and Vietnam’s Hiep Hung Trade and Production Ltd Co. It was established in 1994 in Mekong Delta Long An province’s Duc Hoa Industrial Zone. Its main products, which are produced under Vietnam-ISO and other international standards like VN-ISO, ASTM-BS, CNS-JIS, AS , are plastic pipes and PVC parts, especially 630-mm diameter pipes, for water supply, post and electricity sectors. After 12 years of operation, De Nhat Company has secured a strong foothold and prestige in the Vietnamese plastic market.
