Japan’s Toshiba Group in the South Asian and Southeast Asian regions has officially selected Digiworld Corporation as the authorized distributor for its laptops in Vietnam, the Dau Tu newspaper reported.
Digiworld Corporation will also manage “Toshiba iSERV” – the “all in one” service center – to provide customers and clients with information about services, technical support, guarantee and after-sales.
In addition, Toshiba has launched a new service – “Talk – 2- Toshiba”. To use this service, customers just call free of charge in order to receive support on guarantee service. (Investment)
