The Hanoi People’s Committee will hold an international trade fair (Hanoi Expo 2008) at the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center, 148 Giang Vo Street, local Ba Dinh district from October 8 to 13.
A wide range of products such as processed farm produce, electronics, IT products, machines, health equipment, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, handicrafts, construction materials, automobiles, motorbikes, engines, banking and finance services will be showcased at the event.
This is one of the city’s key trade promotion activities, aiming to promote its socio-economic achievements and boost trade and economic cooperation among local and foreign businesses.
During the six-day fair, the committee will also organize Hanoi International Tourism Exhibition with the participation of 12 members of the Council for Promotion of Tourism in Asia (CPTA). (Capital Security, Industry & Trade Online)
