Ha Nam Textile Company is building the largest fiber plant in Vietnam at Chau Son industrial Park in northern Ha Nam province, the Lao Dong newspaper reported.
The facility, with total investment of more than VND400 billion (US$24.24 million), will cover 10 hectares of land.
The plant will be installed with hi-tech weaving line which is imported from the U.S.
The plant is scheduled to go on stream in the second quarter of 2009, creating jobs for some 1,000 local residents. (Labor)
