Vietnam PM Okays VND4 Tln for Rural Infrastructure, Canal Upgrading

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has okayed an investment of VND4 trillion for upgrading infrastructure and canals in rural area from now to 2015.

The sum will be sourced from the Vietnam Development Bank.

The PM asked to deduct VND3 trillion in advance from the State budget to the bank to carry out the program. (Vietnam Agriculture)
