Vietnam's Exports to Belgium Hit US$1.02 Bln in 2008, Up 20.49 per cent On Year

Vietnam reportedly earned US$1.02 billion from goods shipments last year, up 20.49 per cent on-year, said the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade has said.
 
In December, the country’s export value stood at US$131.18 million, the ministry said, giving no comparative figures.
 
Seafood, plastics, coffee, computers, electronics and spare parts, garments and textiles, woodwork products are Vietnam’s main exports to Belgium.
 
Currently, Belgium is Vietnam’s fourth largest export market from the EU after Germany, the U.K. and Holland. (Vinanet, Vietnam Economic Times)
