Collecting Opinions for Resolution to Set up, Manage Societies

Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) recently held a referendum to gather societies’ opinions for a new Resolution to replace the Resolution 88/2003/ND - CP dated July 30, 2003 issued by the Government. Accordingly, the new Resolution will include items providing brief information on societies; principles, conditions to set up a society; regulations to split, merge, dissolve, rename societies; regulations on State management of societies. It is the fifth draft and VCCI will continue to collect opinions, amend and supplement the daft before submitting to the Prime Minister for approval.
