Work Starts on VND57B Seaport Project in Central Vietnam

The central province of Quang Tri started Jun 1 work on a seaport project worth VND57 billion (US$3.35 million) in Con Co island district.

The project, is expected for completion in 2011, will be able to receive 300-ton ships and fishery services.

Quang Tri, with more than 70km coastal line, is rich in tourism and fishing potentials. (Local sources)
