WB to Add US$160M for Vietnam Urban Upgrade Projs

The World Bank will add US$160 million to Vietnam’s urban upgrade projects, the State Bank of Vietnam said.
 
World Bank Country Director in Vietnam, Victoria Kwakwa and Governor Nguyen Van Giau of the SBV signed an agreement on September 10.
 
The funding will be funneled into urbanization projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Haiphong and Nam Dinh cities. (SBV, Labor)
