Ho Chi Minh City needs VND15 trillion ($840.8 million) for transport infrastructure projects a year, according to the municipal Transport Department.
The department said it could raise 30% of the capital.
The city authorities are seeking to raise funds for the projects via BOT (Building-Operation-Transfer) and BT (Building and Transfer) modes and bonds issuance. (Saigon Liberation)
