The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has called on local companies, cooperatives and farmer organizations to participate in a agricultural competitive project, state media reported.
The US$5 million project, aiming to improve competitiveness of farm produce, is funded by the World Bank and the Vietnamese government.
Participating in the project, farmers organizations will be supported with 40% of expenditure while companies will be supported with US$20,000 for trade promotion, development researches and employee training. (Vietnam Agriculture)
