Vietnam-Singapore Trade Tumbles 44.7% to $2.7B in H1

Trade between Vietnam and Singapore plunged 44.7% from a year earlier to $2.7 billion in the first half of this year.
 
The global economic downturn was attributed to the sharp fall of the bilateral trade during the period.
 
Vietnam mainly exported crude oil, rice, construction glass and apparel to Singapore and imported refined oil products, machines, equipment and spare parts during the period. (VIR)
