The early warning system for anti-dumping export cases used by the Vietnam Competition Authority is listed in the Top 50 Asia - Pacific list of information technology applications to public services from 2012 to 2013.
The system (deployed on the website canhbaosom.vn or earlywarning.vn), developed and operated by the VCA, a unit of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, aims to provide Vietnamese businesses with a useful information lookup instrument to anticipate antidumping risks, minimise damage caused by antidumping lawsuits, and learn more about target export markets.
