The Project Management Unit for SOE restructuring programme support and corporate administration support (Ministry of Finance) just announced five official members and one reserve candidate chosen for in-depth round of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded "SOE Reform and Corporate Governance Support" project.
Five shortlisted companies are divided into two groups. Group 1 includes Construction Corporation No. 1, Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and Song Da Corporation. Group 2 includes Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation (Licogi) and Lilama Corporation.
